Origins of Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by World Renowned Chiropractor and Holistic Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane Perri. The Practice incorporates both Eastern and Western philosophies to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field to harness the innate wisdom in homeostasis to know and heal ourselves.
Through powerful but light touch and no touch an organic flow of primal movement and sound begins to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance and stories from holding within the body. Spinal energetics is not what we “do” to the client, it’s a practice of cultivating a safe and supportive deep self-awareness in our clients. To help them feel and sit with, trust within themselves, surrender to and let go of anything that may be preventing the flow of wellbeing.

About Krissie Lobato
I have a strong empathetic nature, driven by compassion for the human experience. My aim is to restore balance in the body, mind and soul of all my clients, on their journey of their self-discovery. Empowering them to embrace their inner knowing, enhancing their awareness and cultivating a connection to their true essence.
There was a time when I was feeling lost with no sense of purpose and fulfilment in my life. I felt stuck and unworthy. I was uncertain in my identity and had no idea what I wanted in life.
I found Sarah Jane at an all women’s festival Seven Sisters, presenting her lecture on Spinal Energetics.
During her demonstration, I had a physical reaction from just being in the room watching! My body was swaying, my heart beating fast and my breathing changed to slow and deep. I was completely conscious with my eyes open but my body movement was involuntary. My legs were twitching. I was so amazed and full of wonder by this experience “how is it possible?”
The most truly remarkable thing happened to me at that moment. In Chinese medicine they say your “Hun” (ethereal soul) resides in your eyes. I felt my Hun return to my eyes and for the first time in my life! I can say, I felt and I could clearly see clarity. It was an inner knowing, an energetic insight, a powerful shift. A beautiful experience.
I knew this modality is going to change my life and I wanted to share it with as many people as possible.
